Therapy grounded in safety, connection and belonging

DRAWING & TALKING

Therapy for emotional wellbeing

What is Drawing & Talking?

Drawing & Talking is a gentle, attachment-based therapeutic intervention that helps children and young people explore their emotions through drawing, storytelling and reflective conversation. It is suitable for children from 5 years old through adolescence.

Sessions provide a safe, structured space where feelings can be expressed without pressure and at the individual's own pace.

Over time, children often become better able to understand and manage their emotions, build confidence and develop greater emotional resilience.
